“I have the utmost confidence in Keith to lead our Charlotte market, which is an exciting market to lead as it is our headquarters and one of our largest offices. Keith’s a strategic leader and one of the most passionate professionals I have ever met. During a year of uncertainty and change, he has done an exceptional job motivating the team to continue to deliver exceptional results for our clients. His leadership approach is so unique and personalized – the Charlotte market is lucky to have him,” noted Gary.
In commenting on his transition, Keith said, “I am thrilled to be back in Charlotte. I spent a few years here before moving to the D.C. area and love Charlotte – it is a thriving region, and the energy is contagious. Following the footsteps of Gary will certainly be a challenge but I am excited by the opportunity to continue to grow careers, exceed our clients’ expectations and drive business growth in the region.”
